Andrew Craddock - Director of engineering

Andrew Craddock commenced his professional career in 2003 with Parramatta City Council. During this time Andrew worked with the the drainage sector and expanded his knowledge of drainage design, floodplain management and hydraulic analysis. This valuable experience with local government allowed Andrew to understand the complexity of Council procedures and planning controls, and the steps necessary to achieve approvals for successful development outcomes for the private sector.

In 2004 Andrew joined SitePlus where he expanded his knowledge of urban development and developed a high level of technical skill designing environmentally friendly urban systems using the latest engineering design software. Andrew has an in depth understanding of urban engineering systems and has worked with all relevant authorities in the private and public sector. Andrew has continued his professional development and become the Director of SitePlus in 2018.

AJAY KUMAR - SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Ajay has thirty years of experience in design and construction and in depth knowledge of  civil and structural engineering practice for both government and private enterprise. His civil engineering projects range from residential driveway design to detailed design and documentation of several 500 lot subdivisions, including drainage and management. His structural engineering projects ranged from residential buildings to industrial buildings and bridge design & construction.

Dane nethery - civil engineer

Dane joined SitePlus in 2014 whilst completing his Civil Engineering Degree at the University of Wollongong. During his time at SitePlus Dane has developed a keen understanding and aptitude for identifying issues and working through solutions to achieve highly successful resolutions on the ground. His skill, diligence and attention to detail has proven Dane to be a highly valued team member and asset to SitePlus.

Dane has worked on a range of projects incorporating Civil Road and Drainage Design as well as Flood Modelling in rural and urban environments. Dane is wholly responsible for the Civil and Subdivision design for a 400 lot subdivision over a number of stages at Tullimbar, Albion Park for both Development Application and Construction Certificate approvals.

Dane has undertaken training in the 2D flood modelling program TUFLOW, an industry standard for undertaking all levels of flood study in both built and natural environments. He is continuing to develop his technical skills to produce innovative solutions for Stormwater Quality and Quantity Management.

Harrison borg - graduate engineer

Harrison joined SitePlus towards the end of 2018 after graduating from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil). Harrison provides support engineering to the Senior Engineers and Director of Engineering. Harrison has an interest in all forms of engineering, and will specialise in subdivision design.

Michael davis - student engineer

Michael is studying a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) at the University of Wollongong. He has been working part-time at SitePlus since 2016 where he has gained valuable experience in civil design, and flooding and stormwater management. Michael will begin his Honours Thesis in 2019 on the ‘Use of Fibre to Reinforce Concrete’.

Michael is developing his technical skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Drains, and Tuflow.

VAUGHAN MCINNES - DIRECTOR OF PLANNING

Vaughan McInnes is a founding Director of SitePlus and has over 40 years experience in management, planning and landscape architecture. He has been the responsible director for all Planning Projects, major subdivision designs, environmental assessments and major landscape projects since May 2003.

ANNE TREZISE - SENIOR PLANNER

Anne began her professional career in 1983 with Wollongong City Council. During her time with Council Anne worked in statutory and strategic planning and development assessment. She assessed a broad range of development applications including major applications for residential, commercial and industrial developments. She has often been required to present information to community forums and other stakeholder groups to assist in project assessment. Prior to leaving Council Anne was Manager Planning Support Systems, responsible for 25 staff, reviewing systems, documentation and organisational procedures. In 2008 Anne joined SitePlus continuing to undertake development assessment work, strategic planning and statutory planning review for the public and private sector. Now her experience and skills are a valuable asset to the SitePlus team.

WENDY TODD - SENIOR PLANNER

Wendy brings many years of experience in statutory and strategic planning in local government to her work as Senior Town Planner for SitePlus. During her 20 year career at Wollongong City Council she worked across a range planning disciplines, including economic development, heritage and social planning, environmental management, master planning , development assessment, strategic planning and major projects.

Since joining SitePlus in 2006, Wendy has continued to work in development assessment, strategic and statutory planning and has expanded her knowledge and expertise in project management, master planning, urban design for rezoning proposals, Environmental Impact Statements and Urban Release Areas. Wendy has a keen interest in creating attractive built environment and sustainable communities.

LANDSCAPE

KATRIN MCCULLOUGH - landscape architect

Katrin McCullough started her professional career in 2005 in Germany working as a student landscape architect. She brought her talent and experience to Wollongong in 2007, working in several Landscape Architect practices before joining the SitePlus team in 2009.

Katrin has extensive experience in the design and documentation of a wide range of projects from small scale intimate gardens to large scale public places, master planning and urban design. She has worked on projects for aged care and education facilities, residential subdivisions and housing, streetscape and foreshore improvement design, hotels, commercial and industrial precincts. Katrin has delivered products successfully for the private and public sector. Katrin is highly skilled and has a strong visual and artistic background which translates to her drawings and presentations.

MARINA BUJAROSKI - ADMINISTRATION Manager

Marina has one of the most important and versatile jobs within SitePlus. Marina manages the SitePlus head office and mobile workforce. She ensures the smooth and efficient day to day running of our team and is responsible for the management of accounts, administration, data entry, Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), and all document production.

Marina provides support for the entire SitePlus team and works with the Directors to enhance our company objectives and profile. Marina has a strong accounting and business administration background and her dedication and attention to detail ensures the success of every project. The friendly voice you hear when you call SitePlus is Marina.
