Preparation of a civil design including concept and construction plans for council and civil contractors. The Subdivision included major drainage and flooding design works as an existing creek was realigned to generate the maximum lot yield for the site.
PROJECT TASKS
- Professional services provided include:
- Liaising with government authorities including local councils and Aboriginal community groups.
- Concept and construction plans for both storm water, road design watercourse management
- Project management of the civil works to ensure the project is constructed as per the Siteplus Design.
- Implementation of Water Sensitive Urban Design measures.
ENGINEERING DISCIPLINE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of Flooding reports, attaining the 100yr and Max Probable Flood levels for the site
- Preparation of the bulk earthworks volumes and level coordination for the entire site
- Concept and construction designs for all the civil infrastructure across the subdivision including drainage, roads and Water Sensitive Design measures
- Co-ordination with project team including Planners, Landscape Architects, Engineers and Geotechnical Engineers.
