Preparation of a development approval plans including design concept for a RTA dual carriageway bridge spanning 23 metres and 18 metres wide. The Subdivision also included the development of both concept and detailed design plans for construction.

ENGINEERING DISCIPLINE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of Flooding reports, attaining the 100yr and Max Probable Flood levels for the site
- Preparation of the bulk earthworks volumes and level coordination for the entire site
- Concept and construction level designs for all the civil infrastructure across each stage of the subdivision including drainage, roads and Water Sensitive Design measures
- Co-ordination with project team including Architects, Planners, Landscape Architects, Engineers and Geotechnical Engineers.
