• GEORGES RIVER CORRIDOR ACCESS ROAD FEASIBILITY STUDY


    • Preparation of a Feasibility study for an  820 metre long dual carriage way access road from Mill Park  to Casula Powerhouse. The designs  explored were cost effective and robust solutions to facilitate public pedestrian and vehicular movements.

      • Liaising with relevant Authorities
      • Concept road and drainage design options,
      • Detailed costing for each design option and
      • Evaluation of each design
      • Preparation of report including
      • Advantages and disadvantages of each option
      • Recommendation of preferred option and supporting rationale.

      ENGINEERING DISCIPLINE RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Feasibility Report including site analysis, services investigation, traffic studies and evaluation, pavement design, water sensitive urban design principles, bank stablisation, riparian management, and  development of design concepts
      • Co-ordination with project team including Planners, Landscape Architects, Engineers  and Geotechnical Engineers.
