Siteplus has been engaged to prepare an overall concept master plan for a 240 lot residential development at Lakes Entrance, a small town in Victoria's East Gippsland.   Lakes Entrance is experiencing a 'sea change' style growth.  The Master Plan has been developed to recognise these development pressures by providing a range of housing diversity to cater for all lifestyles.
