CAMDEN HIGH SCHOOL

Siteplus was engaged by the AEH Group to co-ordinate and develop the submission for the former Camden High School Site.  The site has an area of approximately 2.7 hectares and is located on the fringe of historic Township of Camden.  Whilst the site is not heritage listed, it shares a common boundary with the historic 'Nant Gwylan'.  The design and layout of the proposal has taken into account the site's sensitive location, as well as accommodating issues of flooding and contamination.  The development proposes Seniors Living Dwellings, Multi Unit Housing, a Residential Care Hostel, Medical Centre, Community Centre, Function Centre and Cultural Centre.  The proposal also incorporates a motel and small shops and offices.

This application has been lodged with Camden Council and Siteplus looks forward to the progression of this proposal.
