Siteplus was engaged to prepare a Concept Development Plan to support a residential rezoning application to the south of the village of Thirlmere, in the Southern Highlands, NSW.  The 10 hectare site is one of 7 sites identified on Wollondilly Shire Council's Picton Tahmoor Thirlmere (PTT) Urban Release Strategy.  This site has a potential development yield of 130 dwellings.  The concept plan was prepared as a broad illustration of the possible layout and development of the site.
