Siteplus was engaged to prepare a major urban release Master Plan to support the residential rezoning of East Tahmoor in Wollondilly Shire.  The 77 hectare site is one of 7 sites identified on Wollondilly Sguire Council’s Picton Tahmoor Thirlmere (PTT) Urban Release Strategy. 

Project design involved the investigation of residential and rural residential lifestyle development combined with recreational facilities, community areas and riparian corridor restoration on behalf of a private client.  This site has a potential development yield of 550 dwellings.
