STRUCTURAL DESIGN

Siteplus has been engaged by both private and government authorities to provide structural designs and documentation. All our designs are based on current Australian Standards and all structures are to the relevant standard for example steel structures to AS4100, concrete structures to AS3600, Timber structures to AS1720.

HOUSING
We provide a full and detailed design service including piering, footings, framework, bracing, beams and supervision and approval of construction works for certification. We carry this value engineering approach through to site: recognizing the builder's construction preferences, supporting the architectural vision and ensuring the structural integrity is maintained.

COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL AND INSTITUTIONAL

Structural design and details including Pre-Cast concrete industrial building, Portal Frame design and documentation, Tilt up construction. On larger projects we have worked with Architects and interior designers to provide optimum open space without compromising on the structural aspects.

LANDSCAPE
We provide Structural Engineering services to contemporary Landscape Architects working in the Public Domain. We design, document and certify structures such as Amenity buildings, Shade structures and Public art, as well as Retaining walls and Sporting structures.

SIGNS AND OUTDOOR STRUCTURES

Our company is also involved in design and provides anchorage and fixing details for corporate signage throughout Australia.

Through SignCraft International Group some of our valued clients include Stadium Australia (now called ANZ Stadium), ALDI Supermarket Group, TOOHEYS Australia, VW Motor Group, Engineers Australia, Raytheon.

Works involved were footing design, calculation of structural design actions, wind loading and design of structural members and fixing specifications.

DESIGN EXHIBITION AND SPECIAL EVENT STRUCTURES

We have contributed to many projects such as Russian Spaceship Viewing Platform in Sydney, Motor Shows across Australia Exhibitions events and concert events. Our work involved design of large steel members, supervision of works and certification of the works.
